We have been told that our cakes are so good
that they do not need frosting!!!! But since most of you think they look better decorated, we will gladly comply.
We will frost and decorate your cake using OUR famous homemade Buttercream frosting. If you desire
we will use Whipped Frosting, Fondant or Cream Cheese. Most of the 3-D cakes are covered in fonfant. Our Speciality cakes are
frosted with the appropriate frosting for those cakes.
We
appreciate those with special dietary problems such as gluten intolerance. We are more than willing to work with you
in preparing cakes from our or your recipes to conform with these needs.
